You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Ukraine's consumer protection law. Return conditions — The item is unworn and in its original condition: tags, packaging and the receipt (or your order number) preserved. — Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item, via the same method you paid with. — Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. How to return or exchange 1. Email us (or message us on social media) with your order number (VTN-····) and the reason for the return. 2. We'll confirm the return and send you the Nova Poshta address to ship to. 3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund you within 7 days or ship the exchange. In Kyiv?
